For this iconic dessert, we offer a double-crusted pie meaning we have flaky tart dough on the top and the bottom. Our filling is a mixture of spiced cubed Granny Smith and Pink Lady apples. We also layer the base with a frangipane cream. This contains NUTS! Please let us know if this is a problem and we can remove it. The pie is best served warm with a scoop of ice vanilla, coffee or salted caramel ice cream.
