Goat is such a quintessential Kenyan protein. We marinate our goat overnight with a mix of herbs and spices to tenderize and flavor it…and then slowly dry fry it and finish the curry with coconut milk. What makes our curry unique is the use of lime leaves, mint and warm spices.
