Vegetables taste better as chips, and crispy sweet potato chips are definitely a winner. The first time I tasted the orange sweet potato fries I was smitten. The orange sweet potato became my favorite vegetable. So, obsessed am I with it that I now grow it on our farm in Nanyuki.
