I can’t remember when I first discovered shakshouka but, I can say I’ve never looked back and many have been converted by this dish. I love eggs and this is one of my favorite ways to eat them. Two, gently poached eggs in our delicious homemade tomato sauce and harissa paste, served with toast. We cook all our eggs to a medium (jelly-like) if you’d like it slightly less or more done please let us know in the notes to the kitchen.
