L&G Gourmet Burger
What makes our burger great is the mix of beef we use and the ratio of fat to lean meat. For our burger we use a 80-20 ratio of 180g of chuck and beef hump. We then pan-fry it to give it that crispy crust and keep it juicy. We make all our burgers to a medium, if you’d it like any other way please let us know in the “notes to the kitchen” section as you check out.
We source our beef from Ol-Pejeta ranch, where we know the cattle are raised on pastures.
