I love quiches, mainly because I love eggs....like really love eggs. In my family I'm known as the lizard because I can eat eggs everyday in all sorts of forms and methods. Quiches are the ultimate luxurious use of eggs. Whats not to like about the custardy creamy result of mixing eggs, heavy cream and yummy cheeses. Also, their versatility means you can mix-in whatever ingredients you like. We usually work with 3.
